Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Let me tell you a little about myself....

I am Theresa and I qualified as a midwife in 2006 and since this time, I have dedicated my life to guiding, supporting and educating women in order to enhance their birthing experience. I believe in a holistic approach to pregnancy and childbirth.  In 2012 I embarked on a new path- HypnoBirthing. The priviledge I feel to be a part of a womans journey during pregancy, birth and beyond- is amazing! I can’t think of anything else that would give me this amount of satisfaction.

As an in-demand midwife Hypnobirthing Specialist, I am committed to two main principles: providing the highest level of service I can, and ensuring that my prices remain competitive and affordable. This focus on price and service is why so many of my clients are so loyal to me and are happy to recommend me to others.

My journey into hypnobirthing began when I became pregnant. I was excited for us to meet our little bundle of joy albeit nervous of what labour would be like. I was determined to feel empowered throughout the pregnancy and labour. Through searching on the internet, I came across hypnobirthing and immediately felt it resonated with my need to prepare my mind and body. I loved the idea of preparing myself in pregnancy, I felt I was empowering myself through my daily practicing of the relaxation scripts and breathing techniques. The birth to our son Satya is something that I am extremely proud off, and I feel that hypnobirthing helped me feel this way as I felt calm and confident in my body and myself to birth our precious baby.

I became incredibly passionate about hypnobirthing whilst using it during the  birth of my son in 2018. Since then i've been inspired by my own experiences and learning, and am on a mission to support women and their birth partners in creating an empowering birthing experience.

My name is Frankie Gibbons, I am a mum and teacher of 10 years. I first came across hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my first baby, the techniques and tools myself and my husband learnt where incredibly effective during my birth. My experience and love of hypnobirthing led me to train as a KGHypnobirthing teacher in November of 2019. Since then my passion for birth education and hypnobirthing has continued to flourish. I am a huge advocate of empowering mothers and educating mums and birth partners to make the choices that are best for them and their baby.

Looking for a hypnobirthing teacher?.... Always choose the doula!
I’m regularly in the room with a birthing person, it's my arena! That means you are learning from someone with a wide range of recent real-life birth experience.
Navigating your options, ensuring your choices are heard and respected, is my bread and butter.
I teach hypnobirthing with a sprinkling of my doula superpowers 🦸🏻‍♀️💜

Hello, I am Suzanne and Instinct Birthing is my baby (metaphorically speaking of course!)

I am a mum of two and have two hypnobirths under my belt, both different experiences but the one constant was being in control, being calm and then feeling euphoric (that might have been 3 constants!) I am so passionate about hypnobirthing I decided to train to be a teacher so I can support others to have positive birth experiences.

For me, hynobirthing is going back to basics, understanding what your body is built to do and how you can use your mind to support it. Anyone can do hypnobirthing, this isn't about being a goddess or a hippy (things I have heard it described as!) it is a simple, logical antenatal course that will encourage and support you to trust your instinct and tune in to what you feel is right.

I would love to support you on your journey towards birth.

Hypnobirthing Nottinghamshire

All of our Hypnobirthing teachers have been training and assessed and their performance in the use of these skills and the level of experience they have subsequently built up. Finally, we assess the professionalism they demonstrate when working with mothers.

We believe it is essential we assess these particular elements in order to promote good practice in natural birthing - and hypnobirthing specifically.  Every teacher is an enthusiastic advocates of natural birthing. and signed up to our best practice code to demonstrate their commitment to professionalism and ethical behaviour at all times.

Hypnobirthing creates a more relaxed and therefore less stressful birthing for mother and baby.  Within the field of natural birth methods it has become increasingly popular as understanding about its effectiveness increases and organisations such as ourselves promote its use.
