I’m so glad you’ve found me! I’m Zoe, Neath Port Talbot’s newest KGHypnobirthing teacher. I’ve been on maternity leave for the past 18 months with my second wonderful hypnobabe but before this, I was the proud owner of the award-winning parent and baby franchise Story Babies, so I have a real passion and expertise in working with parents and babies in the perinatal period. Having had two KGHypnobirths myself, I am a keen advocate for Hypnobirthing and the incredible and long-lasting benefits it has on you as a mother, your partner, and your baby. Hypnobirthing is for EVERY birthing person because we all have the right to a calm and confident birth. The skills and mindset are already within you, waiting to be unlocked and I’m here to guide you through it. Location

Alongside being a KGHypnobirthing teacher, I am also training for a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT. I’m fully invested in the power hypnotherapy holds for all aspects of our lives – our minds are truly remarkable and hypnotherapy helps us unlock our mind’s true potential. I’m a busy mum of two little beans who keep me on my toes and melt my heart in equal measure and when I’m not training, teaching, or parenting, you’ll find me at the gym or playing tennis – I love being active and it is very much a work in progress to find stillness in my daily life! I also have Type 1 Diabetes, so if you are embarking on your KGHypnobirthing journey in the same boat as I was, I will be more than happy to signpost to anything of relevance and worth.

  • Group Face-to-Face Sessions: 4×2.5 hour sessions on weekday evenings £200 per couple
  • Group Face-to-Face Sessions: 2×5 hour sessions on Saturdays £200 per couple
  • One-to-One Bespoke Package: 4×2.5 hour or 2×5 hour sessions in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you £400
  • Online Live Sessions: 4×3 hour sessions on weekday afternoons/evenings £150 per couple

 

What you get:

  • On booking, you will receive a download with all of the wonderful KGHypnobirthing tracks to listen to right away.
  • On-going WhatsApp support from me, plus if you are practicing in a group, the support of the other couples in a private WhatsApp group.
  • At your first face-to-face session, you’ll get a little goody bag to say thank you and to support you on your pregnancy journey.
  • The KGHypnobirthing Book after session 2.
  • A full understanding of KGHypnobirthing and all the tools to equip you for a calm and confident birth.
