Hello, I’m a mother of three girls, all born at home. While I didn’t specifically practice hypnobirthing, I incorporated techniques that contributed to positive birthing experiences. With 15 years as a practicing midwife, I currently focus on supporting home births. Originally, I enrolled in KGH teacher training to better assist hypnobirthing mothers, but the course convinced me to advocate for hypnobirthing principles in all births.
