Kirsty has recently gained her Diploma in Hypnobirthing with Katharine Graves and is committed and dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life.

In a serene and tranquil environment located in the heart of Ottery St. Mary, Kirsty will provide parents with the best and up to date information around their pregnancy and birth.

Kirsty fully understands that not all parents are able to fund courses such as these and so, is able to offer payment plans and extra support.

About Me

A few years ago, if somebody told me I was going to be writing an ‘about me’ section in the KGH teachers section, I would not have believed them.

I had previously completed the course with an approved KGH teacher found on the KGH website with my first daughter and from there, the journey began. The course and my amazing teacher enabled us to have two very successful births, free from pain, free of drugs and in total control. I had never imagined birth could be so serene, so peaceful and so empowering. Since then, I have actively promoted hypnobirthing. I have the experience and now I have the qualifications to support parents to truly believe and trust that their birth is going to be an amazing one.

When I started hypnotherapy, I hadn’t anticipated the transformative journey I was about to embark on. It nicely led me to have even more faith in the power of the mind and so, hypnobirthing accompanied the learning. When I applied for the KGH teachers course, I was so nervous but so excited and when the main woman herself was stood in front of me, about to deliver all the wisdom and knowledge, I knew I was absolutely doing the right thing.
