Hi! My name is Abi, I’m a 28 year old mum of 2. I run my own business (inhale, birth and bloom) where I offer hypnobirthing, full spectrum doula work and breastfeeding support. My aim is to assist and support others in making informed decisions that they are comfortable with, intern making their personal journeys feel a little less bumpy.

I offer a 1:1 course with you and your birthing partner, allowing you to absorb information in your own time.
