My background is in Psychology and mental health, so I have complete understanding of the mind-body connection and understand how to work with clients empathetically and sensitively regarding any anxieties, or previous trauma, you may have had. I have also completed post-graduate research and understand research literature, statistics, and how to critique a study; this is vital in picking apart the meaning and quality of things being referred to as “evidence based.” I will help you navigate this minefield and understand the clinical guidelines and recommendations.
