Sally Seddon – Bump2baby Reality

Hello! I am both a former NHS Midwife and a former NHS Health Visitor. I qualified from Leeds University as a Midwife in 2002 and worked for three years at Birmingham Women’s Hospital. I then undertook my Specialist Community Public Health Practitioner training at University of Central England, qualifying as a Health Visitor in 2006. I maintained my midwifery registration alongside my health visiting registration and worked for seven years as a Health Visitor in various areas of inner-city Birmingham, supporting families with children from 0-5 years of age. I then worked for South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust in the Safeguarding Children team for three years. I went on maternity leave to have my first daughter in 2015, leaving the NHS in 2016 to be a stay-at-home parent, and I am now a mum of three. My second daughter followed in 2017, and my son in 2020 – a lockdown babe!

In 2022 I took ownership of Bump2baby Reality as an Antenatal Educator and undertook my KGH Hypnobirthing training. I have always been fascinated by all things pregnancy and birth related and it is an absolute pleasure and privilege to be able to support families during such an important time in their lives.
