My passion is supporting mothers from pregnancy, through those early weeks and months of postpartum and beyond. As a mum of two young boys I have been on the motherhood journey and I want to support you on yours. I am a birth and postpartum doula, a baby massage instructor and a Motherhood and Matrescence coach. I am based in County Kildare and offer hypnobirthing classes both in person and online, individually and in group settings.
