About Me

Hi, I am Karen.

I come from Scotland where I began practicing as a midwife 33 year ago. I am passionate about preparing women for a positive birth experience and supporting them through the post-natal period. For this reason, I teach hypnobirthing and also offer a range of complementary therapies.

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

KGHypnobirthing is an effective method to help the mother have a more positive birth experience. The course includes specialised breathing, relaxation and visualisation. A mother who uses hypnobirthing will often describe her birth as an empowering and positive experience. In addition the babies are very relaxed and the partners often feel more involved in supporting the women.
