I’ve been around the birth world for quite some time now, and have seen the wonders KG Hypnobirthing can do for birthing people and their families, so I am delighted to be joining the Team. As a doula and a mum to 4 big kids of my own, I’m passionate about supporting birthing families to achieve their very best experience, whatever curves there may be in their pregnancy journey. Im a qualified Doula (Nurturing Birth) in Downpatrick and have been passionate for almost 30 years about supporting birthing people in all kinds of births. My mission is to help you to find and access your inner strength, building your confidence in your own wonderful body and the power you already possess. My goal is to support your birth partner to be an effective and knowledgeable team member, equipped with well-practiced tips and tools to help you, and in tune with your goals and aspirations. As a doula, I can support your birth in person, but if Doula care isn’t for you, let me help you prepare mind and body to welcome your baby or babies.
