Adam and I attended your hypnobirthing classes on Sunday July 5th and 12th and I just wanted to drop you an email to say how useful and informative I found them.
We are planning to have a homebirth and the hynobirthing just naturally ties in with it.
I feel really positive about my upcoming labour and birth as I now have a toolkit to help me prepare and go through it and what I really loved about the hynobirthing is that the techniques are so simple.
I enjoy the practicing and people around me are just amazed at how calm I am about it all. I will definitely return the birth report to you once we have had our baby. Thanks so much for your help.
