Hi Katharine, I did it! I used Hypnobirthing! and it was great, it works.
Things didn’t quite go to plan, but I am incredibly proud of myself that I got so far. One thing I will do is promote it and hospitals need educating on it as Rory was forced to be strong with our wishes etc, but that’s another story. It was fab! Thank you so much for the course.
