I hope all’s well, just a quick note (finally) to thank you so much for the hypnobirth classes Dan and I did last April. – I was very scared of giving birth but your classes meant I slept well for the nights up until labour and got me through 20 hours of contractions feeling no pain, just empowering strong sensations. I basically spent 20 hours on my hands and knees going round and round in a circle in our dark bedroom and lost total track of time and place. It was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had, I felt truly empowered! I gave birth to a little boy called Sam and now tell every pregnant mum about the powers of hypnobirth! – Jo
