The previous consultant I saw (for mental health during pregnancy) was incredibly supportive and said he would’ve suggested hypnobirthing if I wasn’t already doing it as it’s brilliant for past depression or anxiety, so I’m hoping I get him again. – Comment from our Facebook Group
