Thank you so much for making us feel so confident and calm about attempting a hypnobirthing VBAC. I’ve been listening to the CDs and practicing my breathing since the weekend.
We are starting to look forward to the birth of our baby again as a result of the course – not just seeing it as an obstacle in the way of meeting our daughter!
