I wanted to message you and let you know that our bundle of joy, Kai, arrived yesterday at 9.44pm. I am so incredibly grateful to you for KGHypnobirthing- with your guidance, my husband and I managed to stay at home for 8 hours until I was 5cm dilated. As you know, we originally wanted a home birth but with these unprecedented times, we chose to stay at home for as long as we felt possible. We then travelled to a birth centre where I used all your relaxation scripts, breathing techniques and, most importantly, your birth affirmations to birth our baby in the pool (which was a further 10 hours).
Baby was in a position which took him a little longer to travel down and I had a lot of discomfort in my back. My husband was able to say those wonderful affirmations to help me stay focused and as a result I managed to breathe out our 10lb 1oz baby, with no interventions and no tearing. Thank you for everything- it made such a difference!
